the staffs were friendly & welcoming.

The rooms were good sized and brand-new with beautiful views and a balcony. Comfy pillows were provided in the rooms. Smoke detectors were available for safety measures. the hotel is located in a very central location in the center.

I had really enjoyable time here, perfectly comfortable location!

My room included a mini fridge bar, a microwave, and a personal safe. The staff from start to finish were helpful. The convenient onsite restaurant had variety of food. I was here for 1 day and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Convenient Location This place is situated above a restaurant, which is pretty cool. Plus, you've got supermarkets, the train station 🚉, the cable car 🚠, and the city center all nearby. It's super handy to have everything within reach like that! .

The value for money at Marasesti was excellent, with a comfortable room and fine mountain views from our balcony. The location was convenient, close to supermarkets and affordable restaurants. The staff, except for one lady at reception, were helpful and friendly.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

The hotel's onsite restaurant provided a delightful culinary experience with its international menu. The dishes were tastefully prepared and reminded me of dining at a high-end establishment. I was pleasantly surprised by the skillful blend of flavors and the attention to detail in each dish.

Street noise.

The hotel was very good - clean, renovated, high quality materials, nice smelling towels, full toiletries, hot water. Busteni is a great town. Will return!

Everything was spot on.

Onsite ski-to-door access. The hotel really went above and beyond to make sure we had easy access to the slopes. It felt like having a ski lift in our backyard!

Reception service needs improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Busteni. the staff at Marasesti was extremely polite and friendly, and they even allowed me to check in early. the room was clean and spacious, perfect for my family of three. the location of the hotel was great, situated near the main street but surprisingly quiet during the night. We enjoyed the peacefulness and the beautiful view of the mountains from our window. the hotel also had free WiFi, which was a bonus. it was a pleasant and affordable stay. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 😀.

Bathroom disinfection was lacking.

Clean rooms with complimentary toiletries, towels, and a spacious bathroom. Flexible room selection with the option of a larger bed. Efficient heating system and the ability to store luggage after check-out. Convenient location near three decent restaurants, a supermarket, and only a 10-minute walk from the train station. Possibility of leaving your car in a nearby parking lot.

Felt extremely comfortable, no complaints at all.
